camping facility. Our campground includes a fitness
center, volley ball net, horseshoes, paddle boats and so much

Oklahoma RV Park Rental Pricing:
Nightly:
$20
Weekly: $100
Seasonals: $150/mo. plus electric with signed
lease (12 month lease required). Sites includes: sewer, septic, water,
meter ready. Lease includes use of Boat Ramp & Dock All Park Facilities.

RV Park Policies
Reservations and Cancellations:
Our policy is intended to be fair with guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Campground.

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Reservations for all major holidays must be pre-paid in full.

Two-night minimum stay on all cabins on weekends and three night minimum on holidays.
ALL RENTAL DEPOSITS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE.
A “rain check” will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are held until 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival day, unless notified or pre-paid in full. An additional charge maybe assessed for a late check-out.
Clubhouse rental policy:
Clubhouse may be rented for $150.00/day. A cleaning
deposit of $150.00 required at time of rental, refundable upon completion
of social function and all items, including pots, pans, dishes,
tables, etc., are cleaned and returned to original condition.
Sewer Septic Info:
Included with RV site
"Peaceful Time" is from 10pm - 7am

All trash must be bagged in plastic bags.

All dogs must be on a leash.

Owner must clean up after their pets.

Pet owner will be asked to leave the facility
after one warning
if dog/pet is found off leash. No refunds.
